Return & Refund Policy

01.Overview

At RaabtaQR, your satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

All return requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

02.How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at raabtaqr@gmail.com
  2. Include your Order ID and the reason for return in the email
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship via any reliable courier — we recommend TCS or Leopards

Alternatively, WhatsApp us at WhatsApp Us with your Order ID and reason.

03.Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, including any envelopes, inserts, or sticker sheets, must be intact and included
  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date
  • The Tag ID must not have been activated (if the tag has been activated, it cannot be returned)
  • Customised products (custom-printed business cards, logo-branded tags) are not eligible for return

04.Return Fee

A nominal return processing fee of PKR 300 applies to all returns. This fee covers:

  • Pickup and logistics coordination
  • Inspection and re-packaging
  • Credit note generation and account update

This fee is deducted from the credit note issued to your account.

Exception: No return fee is charged if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being shipped.

05.Refund Policy

RaabtaQR does not offer monetary (cash) refunds. Upon approval of a valid return:

  • A credit note equivalent to the product value (minus the PKR 300 return fee) will be issued
  • The credit note will be visible in your account under the "My Account" section after logging in
  • Credit notes can be used for any future purchase on raabtaqr.com
  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Credit notes are non-transferable and have no cash value

EU/UK Customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU and UK consumers may have a statutory right to a full monetary refund within 14 days of receiving goods purchased online. If you are an EU or UK resident and wish to exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

06.Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery (crushed, torn packaging, broken tag)
  • Defective (QR code not scannable, NFC chip not functioning, printing error)
  • Incorrect item (wrong product shipped)

We offer a free product replacement with no return fee and no deduction from credit. Simply:

  1. Email raabtaqr@gmail.com with your Order ID
  2. Attach a clear photograph of the damaged or defective item
  3. We will dispatch a replacement within 3 business days of confirmation

If you prefer a credit note instead of a replacement for a defective item, a PKR 300 return fee will apply.

07.Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscription services (Pro Masking — PKR 399/month; QR Menu — PKR 1,999/month):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately
  • No refund is issued for the current billing period — the service will remain active until the end of the paid period
  • No partial-month refunds are available
  • If a technical issue on our side prevents your subscription from functioning, a service credit will be applied to your next billing cycle

08.International Orders

For customers outside Pakistan (UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, EU, USA):

  • International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • Import duties or taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable
  • EU and UK customers retain their statutory right to return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full monetary refund (Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Rights Act 2015)
  • Please contact us before shipping any international return to receive the correct return address and instructions
