Does anyone see my phone number when they scan my QR?
Never. Your phone number is never stored on the QR code or shown on your public profile. When someone scans your tag, they see only your name and a WhatsApp contact button. The message goes through our secure relay — your actual number stays hidden.
💡 Think of it like a masked caller ID — they can reach you, but your number stays private.
Who can access my RaabtaQR profile information?
Only you control your profile. Anyone who scans your QR code will see the limited public info you've approved (name, profile type). Your contact details are never made public. RaabtaQR staff can only access anonymised data to improve the service.
Can I block someone who contacts me through my QR?
Yes! Since all contact goes through WhatsApp, you have full control. You can simply block any number in WhatsApp if you receive unwanted messages. We are also working on a report/block feature within the RaabtaQR dashboard.
Is my data sold to advertisers or third parties?
Absolutely not. RaabtaQR is a privacy-first service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any advertisers or third parties. Our revenue comes entirely from tag sales and subscriptions — never from your data. Read our full Privacy Policy.
How It Works
How does RaabtaQR actually work?
It's simple — three steps:
- Step 1: Order your physical RaabtaQR tag (sticker, keychain, or card).
- Step 2: We link the unique QR code on your tag to your private profile.
- Step 3: Anyone who scans your tag sees your name and can message you via WhatsApp — without ever seeing your number.

Do I need to install an app to use RaabtaQR?
No app required! Scanners just use their phone's built-in camera or any standard QR reader. Your profile lives on the web — no downloads needed. You only need WhatsApp (which almost everyone in Pakistan already has) to receive the messages.
What happens if I change my WhatsApp number?
No problem at all. Contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll update your linked number in the backend. Your physical QR tag doesn't change — the same sticker or card keeps working. Updates are free of charge.
Can I update my profile name or details after ordering?
Yes. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll update your profile details (name, city, etc.) within 24 hours. A self-service profile dashboard is coming soon so you can manage everything yourself instantly.

How do I place an order for a RaabtaQR tag?
Ordering is quick and easy via WhatsApp. Just tap the "Order on WhatsApp" button anywhere on our site, send us your details (name, tag type, address), and we'll confirm your order within minutes.
💡 Most orders are confirmed same-day. You'll receive your tag within 3–7 business days.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across all major cities in Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and many more. If your city isn't listed, message us — we'll find a way!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes:
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
- Other cities: 4–7 business days
What if my tag arrives damaged or with the wrong details?
We stand behind the quality of our tags. If your tag arrives damaged or has incorrect information, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

How much does a RaabtaQR tag cost?
Prices vary by tag type. Our most popular tags start at an affordable price point for individuals. Business packages and bulk orders come with discounts. Message us on WhatsApp for the latest price list — we keep it updated!
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
For individuals, the basic profile is included with your tag purchase — no recurring fees. We are introducing an optional premium plan for power users that adds features like analytics, multiple linked numbers, and custom profile pages. This will be affordable and completely optional.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or business orders?

Technical Questions
What QR scanner do I need to scan a RaabtaQR tag?
Any modern smartphone camera works — just point it at the QR code and tap the link that appears. No special app is needed. Works on all iPhones (iOS 11+) and Android devices with Google Lens or the built-in camera.
Does the QR code expire or stop working?
Your QR code is permanent and does not expire. As long as your account is active, your tag will keep working. In the unlikely event of any issue, we will notify you in advance and help you get a replacement at no cost.
💡 We aim to keep all tags active indefinitely — your sticker is a long-term investment in your privacy.
What if the QR sticker gets scratched or damaged?
Our stickers are printed on high-quality UV-resistant vinyl with a protective laminate. They're designed to withstand heat, sunlight, and light scratches. If your sticker becomes unreadable, order a replacement tag — your linked profile stays active and carries over automatically.
Can I use one tag for multiple people (e.g., shared vehicle)?
Currently each tag links to one owner profile. For shared vehicles (family car, company vehicle), we recommend assigning the tag to the primary contact. Business/fleet multi-profile tags are on our roadmap — let us know if this is important to you!
